The sale of tickets for the ICC World Cup 2026 went live at 6.45 PM on Thursday, two months ahead of the marquee event that will be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka. The tournament, which will begin on February 7, 2026 will see India take on arch-rivals Pakistan on February 15 in their third league stage game. However, the craze around the IND vs PAK clash has significantly declined, especially over the last few years. And this is probably evident in terms of the ticket pricing for the match.
Tickets for IND vs PAK T20 World Cup tie to start from under Rs 500
As per BookMyShow, the sale of tickets for the IND vs PAK contest is yet to go live. However, information displayed for the match shows that the pricing of tickets starts from LKR 1500, which converts to just Rs 439. This could very well be the lowest ticket price for an India vs Pakistan game in a World Cup. Meanwhile, the tickets for other India matches, including that with Netherlands, Namibia, and USA start from Rs 500, Rs 750 and Rs 750 respectively, more that what is the minimum price for the IND vs PAK contest.
