RCB, cops blamed for Bengaluru stampede
A judicial inquiry has squarely blamed the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), RCB, the Bengaluru Police, and event organiser DNA Entertainment for the deadly stampede in Bengaluru that left 11 dead and over 50 injured. The incident occurred a day after RCB ended their 18-year-wait to lift the IPL trophy.
