Bangladesh picked up a consolation victory as they went on to defeat Zimbabwe by 105 runs in the 3rd ODI match by 105 runs. Set to bat first, the hosts managed to score 256 runs. Anamul Haque Bijoy and Afif Hossain who scored 76 and 85 respectively were the chief constructors of the innings.
In reply, the hosts had a batting collapse. Contrary to how Zimbabwe played in the previous two games, the 3rd ODI was completely opposite. Zimbabwe could only manage 151 runs on the board as Bangladesh took a consolation win.
