With the drop of the trailer of Pokemon Legends Arceus, fans are quite excited about this action role-playing game, praising the mechanics and the gameplay style. In a recent stream, xQc, who is looking forward to playing the game, expressed his feelings towards the trailer and joined in the discussion.

As he was watching the trailer live on stream, he talked about the positive aspects of the new game. Despite having high hopes, he explained it might be too linear and “boring”. These features, if taken care of, might ‘make’ the game otherwise can ‘break’ it.

Here’s what xQc said,“It seems like they took some of the qualities that worked to refresh the Zelda series, and they think it’s going to help refresh the Pokemon series,” . “You know what? I don’t mind them trying something”, he added.
He explained that with the Pokemon series, people are often dissatisfied with similarities between different titles of the game. So, he’s pleased they tried something new. “Literally, it’s the best thing they can do. What else are they going to do?” xQc further elaborated on the downside and said, “I just hope that they don’t make it as linear and boring as it could be. I hope they make it more freestyle. I think people will enjoy that.”

The game is scheduled to release on 28th January, 2022. Fans are also hyped about the Pokedex having little side quests, while some are complaining about the graphics and the gameplay design. Nevertheless, we will have to wait till the release of the game to find out if xQc is accurate in his assessment.
