WWE Superstars Released: Superstar reacts after getting axed from the company- WWE has released a list of superstars from NXT and the main roster. These WWE releases came earlier today when no one actually expected, especially after things seemed to have settled after WWE Draft.
John Laurinaitis, the WWE Talent Head, issued a company-wide e-mail in the evening to announce the release of 18 superstars, released owing to budget cuts. WWE’s budget cut release has been running since April 2020, and just when everyone thought things are getting back on track, the company has once again left everyone surprised with as many as 18 releases.

The superstars released from the main roster, include Keith Lee, Karrion Kross, Nia Jax, Eva Marie, Gran Metalik, Lince Dorado, “B-Fab” Briana Brandy, and Mia Yim. From NXT, Oney Lorcan, Franky Monet, Ember Moon, Trey Baxter, Jessi Kamea, Jeet Rama, Zayda Ramier, Harry Smith, and Katrina Cortez were among the ones to face the axe.

WWE Release: What lies ahead for the released superstars
These WWE releases get into effect from November 4. While most of the released NXT stars are bound to follow the 30-day non-competing clause, some of the talents are under 90-day non-competes. The ones under 30-day will be eligible to work for any other promotion from Saturday, December 4, meanwhile, the ones under 90-day non-competes will be free agents from Wednesday, February 2, 2022.
