WWE SmackDown: WWE Superstars Pray for former WWE Champion’s Speedy Recovery
During the battle, Ridge Holland tossed Big E on the sidelines, landing on his neck. Later, Big E was being hospitalized where doctors announced he suffered a broken neck.

Many times, the injury becomes a problem for wrestlers, even forcing them to retire. WWE fans are supporting Big E and praying for Big E’s quick recovery to see him in action again. As per the reports, Big E would be out of action for several months.

WrestleMania 38: Original Plans for The New Day at WrestleMania revealed
After Big E’s loss at WWE ‘Day 1’ PPV, WWE pushed Big E towards SmackDown again. Recently, WWE brought the former WWE Champion on Friday Night SmackDown to aid Kofi Kingston.
As per Fightful Select, WWE’s original plan was to bring The New Day fight against Sheamus, Ridge Holland, and Pete Dunne (Butch). WWE planned to book this match on one of the nights at WrestleMania.
However, it seems WWE has to change plans after Big E’s injury. WWE might bring a new superstar for The New Day’s aid or they have to just cancel the plans for this match. WrestleMania 38 is 3 weeks ahead and WWE is yet to announce more matches for WrestleMania.

Big E is a former tag team champion on both brands. Eventually, The New Day holds the record for the longest-reigning tag team champions.
