WWE SmackDown: NXT 2.0 Superstar Debuts with New Name on SmackDown- We got to see another debut on WWE SmackDown this Friday Night. NXT superstar LA Knight made his debut on the blue brand in a backstage segment with WWE Official Adam Pearce.
Just like Raquel Rodriguez, Butch, and other superstars, even LA Knight went under a name change. The former NXT 2.0 superstar is now known as Max Dupri on WWE SmackDown.

Max Dupri walked into Adam Pearce’s office in a backstage segment on Friday Night SmackDown. He claimed he was looking for wrestlers that suited his agency Maximum Male Models.
The newest SmackDown revealed that he was hired by Sonya Deville when she had her Authority powers. Pearce claimed he would prefer to talk to his lawyers first. Dupri was a little unhappy as he felt Pearce didn’t announce his name properly. Pearce gave it another go but failed.

It will be interesting to see what does creative have for Dupri. Given his current character, it looks very unlikely he would be in the Championship picture anytime soon.
