WWE Smackdown: John Cena competed in a dark match after Smackdown went off the air
John Cena was already scheduled to appear at the Madison Square Garden’s Smackdown. The 16-time World Champion entered the ring with massive pop and defeated the Bloodline with The Mysterios by his side. Cena hit an Attitude Adjustment on Jimmy Uso to pick up the victory.

This probably was Cena’s last WWE appearance for 2021 as he will be off to Hollywood for filming multiple projects.- This was perhaps Cena’s farewell match for this particular run. The Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre also appeared on the show and fought with Baron Corbin. Drew picked up a victory via DQ as Corbin hit Drew with a chair.
