WWE Raw Results and Highlights: Check out the big highlights and what happened on WWE Monday Night RAW Episode on February 22: The Elimination Chamber fallout edition of Monday Night Raw aired live from Colonial Life Arena, Columbia, South Carolina. The talking points of the night were the return of the internet sensation Logan Paul and WWE Hall of Famer Edge. The show was kicked off by the new WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and he got interrupted by Roman Reigns’ special counsel Paul heyman. What all happened during the night? Check it out below.

WWE Raw Results and live action:

Seth Rollins & Kevin Owens vs. Randy Orton & Riddle- Kevin Owens and Riddle started the proceedings of the match. Both men started off with simultaneous waist locks before Owens floored Riddle with a running shoulder tackle.

Soon we saw a tag from Owens and Rollins started off from where Owens left. Seth went for a sling blade and was dancing to his theme. This gave Riddle ample time to nail a suplex and tag Randy in. Randy entered the ring with a huge pop and soon we saw him taking control.

Randy & Riddle exchanged tags simultaneously and the action shifted outside the ring near the announce desk when Seth was sent outside over the top rope by Randy. Randy tried to slam Rollins back-first on the announce desk, but Owens saved him only to get caught by Randy for a back-first slam on the announce desk. Rollins took advantage of Owens’ sacrifice and dived through the middle and top rope on Randy to send him over the announce desk. We now head into commercials.

After the commercial, we saw Randy & Rollins in the ring with Randy struggling momentarily until he hit a thunderous clothesline on Rollins. Rollins dragged himself to the corner to tag Owens but Randy couldn’t make it to his corner. Owens was tearing down Randy, but Randy hit him a suplex to tag Riddle in.

Riddle was the legal man and Owens too tagged Rollins. Riddle started off swiftly and was all over Rollins. The match was going on fast as both teams were up and running with their offense. In the closing moments, we saw Kevin Owens taking out Randy Orton and Riddle was all alone in the ring to take the beating.

Owens lifted Riddle on Rollins’ shoulder and he delivered a buckle bomb on the corner post. Riddle was almost out and Owens delivered a perfect Stunner to end the proceedings and win the match for his team via Pinfall.

Edge Returns- Edge entered the ring with a huge pop (like always). He sat on a chair in the ring and people were cheering for him as loud as they could.

Edge grabbed the mic and started talking. He narrated his story of Wrestlemania and told the crowd about how he saw his first-ever Wrestlemania live when he was a little kid, and it was Wrestlemania 3.

He continued and cut it down to narrate his Wrestlemania journey so far. Wrestlemania 14 was the first time he made it to the Grandest Stage of them all as a competitor, Wrestlemania 17 he stole the show in the first-ever TLC match.

He continued to narrate his accomplishments at Wrestlemania and ended the segment by laying down a challenge to anyone in the locker room to have a fight with him and also mentioned the word ‘Phenomenal,’ which is the catchphrase of AJ Styles. He concluded by saying that he needs Wrestlemania and Wrestlemania needs him too.

 

 

Bianca Belair vs. Doudrop- The match started after the commercial and Becky Lynch was commentating for the match. Doudrop and Becky Lynch were in the ring going back & forth with their offense. Doudrop was showing her power and Bianca was feeling the heat.

Doudrop’s momentum was put to a pause with some athletic moves from Bianca. At one point we saw Bianca sending Doudrop outside the ring near the announce desk and then body dived on her off the apron. She then went into a chatter with Becky which made Doudrop take advantage and she dived crossbody on Bianca as we head into commercials.

After the commercial, we saw both the ladies in the ring. Doudrop threw Bianca across the ring, but the latter returned with a spinebuster in the corner. Bianca followed the power move with an unbelievable suplex, which stunned Doudrop and Becky who was at the commentary table.

The action continued, and this time Doudrop went for a Cannonball, but Bianca escaped from harm’s way. In the closing moments of the match, we saw Bianca delivering a massive powerbomb with the help of the top turnbuckle. She then somehow lifted Doudrop on her shoulders and nailed a perfect Kiss of Death to end the match.

Bianca Belair in the ring- A cheerful Bianca Belair entered the ring and talked about the Elimination Chamber match this past Saturday. She is all set to challenge Becky Lynch at Wrestlemania 38 and said that she has worked really hard, nos stop for the past year to get this moment.

She added that she is thrilled to main event Wrestlemania again and as she was talking, ‘Big Time Becks’ Becky Lynch interrupted her. Becky and Bianca exchanged a few words where Becky blamed Bianca that she is playing a victim card.

However, after some back & forth arguments, Becky said that she is the victim because these people despise her now ever since Bianca Belair entered the scene. The segment ended with Bianca Belair willing to fight the champ right away, but Doudrop’s music hit and she came out to fight Bianca.

Reggie in the ring- The 24/7 Champion Reggie was in the ring and said that he wants to put something off his chest, but before that, he called out Dana Brooke to the ring. Dana was in the ring and Reggie apologized to her for what he did last week. To show how much Dana means to him, Reggie aid down on the mat so that Dana could pin him and become the 24/7 Champion again.

Reggie laid down and Dana Brooke was over him for a pin, but Reggie kicked out at 2. Reggie gave Dana another chance and yet again Reggie kicked out. The champ gave her a third chance and this time Reggie couldn’t kick out as Dana kissed Reggie and he was elated with the kiss & Dana took the 24/7 title again.

 

 

Damian Priest vs. Shelton Benjamin- As the bell rang, Shelton Benjamin went into Priest and took him beating into the corner. Benjamin was on the course and Priest despite showing some of his moves was unable to get going.

We saw Shelton sending Priest over the top rope and Cedric Alexander took advantage by nailing a kick on Priest’s chest when the referee was bust with Benjamin. Priest returned to the ring and this time he was up with his offense.

Priest was in control and Alexander tried to intervene again by climbing the apron but only to get punched in the face. In the closing moments of the match, Priest went for a chokeslam and then hit the Reckoning to finish the match.

WWE Raw Results: Damian Priest defeated Shelton Benjamin via Pinfall

After the match got over, Priest took the mic and said that this is the Wrestlemania season and he wants to volunteer his US Championship title next week. He urged the locker room to come up with a serious challenge and it should be a World Champion-worthy challenge. The challenge was then accepted by Finn Balor who came out and accepted Damian’s challenge for next week by saying ‘be careful what you wish for Priest.’

 

 

Rhea Ripley vs Nikki A.S.H- As the bell rang, Nikki started trash talking with Rhea Ripley and slapped her on the face. That was perhaps a big mistake from Nikki as Rhea then completely dismantled her.

Nikki was feeling the heat as Rhea wasn’t giving her an air of respite. Nikki was getting frustrated with the beating and went near the announce desk to talk into the face of the commentary team. Rhea grabbed her from there took her inside the ring and nailed a perfect Rip Tide to pick up the win.

The Miz TV- The Miz is in the ring with yet another edition of Miz TV. As always, Miz started off by disrespecting the crowd and recalled the match against Rey Mysterio at the Elimination Chamber PPV. Miz was all over in disrespecting Rey Mysterio and just when Miz was about to introduce his new tag partner, Rey and Dominik Mysterio interrupted the segment.

The Mysterio’s and The Miz exchanged a few words on the mic and Miz questioned if Dominik really deserved a WWE contract. Dominik gave him a befitting reply, he said this is all he has learned from the age of 7 and this is what his father has taught him. Dominik & Miz exchanged words before Miz introduced his mystery partner.

Miz’s partner was none other than Social Media star Logan Paul. Logan made his way to the ring and Miz revealed that he and Logan aul will take on The Mysterio’s at Wrestlemania 38. The segment ended with Miz & Paul annihilating The Mysterio’s.

 

 

Finn Balor & Tommaso Ciampa vs. Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode- Ciampa and Roode started the proceedings, but Ziggler was distracting Ciampa from the apron. Things have been personal between Ciampa and Ziggler over the past few weeks and it was on display.

After exchanging a few blows with Ciampa, Roode tagged in Ziggler who was now the legal man against Ciampa. Ciampa got what he wanted and he was all over Ziggler. The Show-Off also got a few chances to ruffle Ciampa, but the latter was more in a dominating position.

When Ziggler send Ciampa to the ropes, Balor took the tag. Ziggler didn’t realize the tag has been made and he continued to exchange blows with Ciampa. However, Finn made his presence when he went for a running dive from over the top rope on both Ziggler & Roode who were standing near the announce table. We now head into commercials.

After the commercials, we saw Ciampa and Ziggler in the ring with the latter in command. Ziggler soon tagged Roode who continued wearing down Ciampa. Ziggler and Roode were simultaneously exchanging tags and after a big right hand that completely rocked Ziggler, Ciampa desperately tagged in Balor.

Ziggler also tagged Roode and Balor was all in control against Roode. He dominated Roode with his quickness and in the closing moments, Balor tagged Ciampa and he finished the proceedings with a sunset flip roll up on Robert Roode.

WWE Raw Results: Tommaso Ciampa & Finn Balor defeated Robert Roode & Dolph Ziggler

 

 

Backstage- Tommaso Ciampa is all set to make his Raw debut in a tag-team match against Robert Roode & Dolph Ziggler. His tag-team partner is none other than the returning former NXT Champion Finn Balor.

 

 

The Street Profits vs The Alpha Academy- Gable and Dawkins started the proceedings of the match. Dawkins was up with the offense but Gable soon took some control and had his offense going before tagging in his tag-team partner Otis.

Dawkins also tagged in Ford and he was up against Otis. Otis took control in the match with his aggression and Ford was soon feeling the heat. Otis then tagged Gable who hit a cheap shot to Dawkins on the apron. Now Gable & Otis took Ford outside the ring to wear him down, but Dawkins took a flight and went for a running dive from over the top rope on all of them. We head into commercials now.

After the commercials, we saw Otis and Ford inside the ring and Otis hit a thunderous clothesline on Ford before tagging Gable. Gable was the legal man now and he was up with his offense wearing down Ford.

Ford was feeling the heat but he somehow tagged in Dawkins who completely changed the momentum. Dawkins’ quickness hurt Gable and a Baseball sidekick took Gable out.

The action was quick and the Alpha Academy was going back & forth and in the closing moments, Otis sent Dawkins into the barricade and when he returned to the ring, Ford hoisted him up for a body slam, but couldn’t nail it instead the weight of Otis got on him and the latter easily pinned Ford.

Brock Lesnar kicks off- The Beast Incarnate, the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar kicks off the show.

Brock Lesnar is in the ring and everyone present in the arena was cheering for him and chanting ‘Suplex City!’ Lesnar appreciated the response he got from the crowd and as soon as he was about to speak, the special counsel of Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman interrupted Lesnar.

As soon as Heyman arrived, people started chanting ‘You Suck!’ Heyman said that he is the Special Counsel to the only real Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns. Paul added that he doesn’t think that Brock is going to make it to Wrestlemania 38 as the WWE titleholder because he has to defend the title against Bobby Lashey at Madison Square Garden on March 5.

As Paul completed, Brock told him that he doesn’t know if he will be defending the title against Lashley. He added that he is doing good without Paul Heyman and he will be coming to Friday Night Smackdown to introduce himself to the two knuckle heads Paul Heyman and his little ‘Tribal Chief’ Roman Reigns.
