With the feud already ignited, it makes sense to have Roman Reigns show up this week on Raw at Philadelphia and confront Seth Rollins, either backstage or in the ring. Also, Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, and Paul Heyman seem to be in the middle of a conundrum with a possible match between the two champions at Wrestlemania 38 in the making.

Therefore, WWE has to be flexible with Roman Reigns and allow him to show up on both shows simultaneously, at least this week, to spice up things in his ongoing rivalries.
