Bobby Lashley and MVP became the new #1 contender for the Raw Tag Team titles by winning the Tag Team turmoil on tonight’s show. The Turmoil originally featured 7 teams namely The New Day, The Viking Raiders, Jinder Mahal & Veer, Lucha House Party, Mustafa Ali & Mansoor, MACE and T-BAR, AJ Styles & Omos.

However, after Randy Orton vs. Bobby Lashley was announced for the WWE Championship at Extreme Rules PPV, the All-Mighty WWE Champion sought Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville’s permission to get a spot in the turmoil to become a double champion.
WWE Raw Match Card: Tag-Team Turmoil took place in two halves
The Tag-Team turmoil tonight took place in two halves. It all started with Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods of the New Day squaring off against the Viking Raiders. The New Day eliminated Viking Raiders, followed by Jinder Mahal & Veer, Lucha House Party, and T-Bar & Mace.
After Mace & T-Bar got eliminated, they destroyed the New Day and Mansoor & Mustafa Ali at the ringside- taking out their frustration of getting eliminated in the Tag Team Turmoil. Due to the chaotic damage made by Mace & T-Bar, Sonya Deville called the match and said it will continue later in the night.
The remaining Tag-Teams turned out in the main event of the night, with Randy Orton & Riddle (RK-Bro) watching from near the announce desk. The New Day eclipsed Mansoor & Mustafa Ali but fell short against AJ Styles & Omos.In the end, it was MVP & Bobby Lashley against Styles & Omos for the final frontier, and Lashley hit a spear on Styles to get the pinfall victory. So next week, it is going to be RK-Bro vs. MVP & Bobby Lashley for the Raw Tag-Team Championship.
