WWE SmackDown Results: Gunther defeats Madcap Moss to continue his historic Intercontinental Title Reign, Ring General rises to top once again: Check Out
Last week, Madcap Moss won the fatal 4-way match to challenge Gunther for the Intercontinental Champion. Although Madcap Moss determined to win the IC Title from Gunther, he failed to do so. However, the Ring General devoured him. The champion took control of the match to decimate Moss brutally.

The match feature some significant spots for Moss where he almost had the win but Gunther was too strong for him. The Ring General took some heavy hits but he wasn’t slowed down. Instead, he attacked Moss with more power knocking him cold.

In the final moments of the match, WWE Universe saw Gunther successfully defended his IC title against Madcap Moss. He ended the match with a vicious power bomb. Despite countless efforts from Madcap Moss, he failed to win his first title match on WWE SmackDown.
The Ring General continues his historic reign conquering another superstar. Since June 2022, Gunther has been unstoppable with out a defeat in singles competition. He defeated some of the top stars on the roster like Sheamus, Rey Mysterio, Ricochet, Braun Strowman to stand tall as the Intercontinental Champion.
