WWE News: WWE has possibly dropped Seth Rollins vs Riddle feud: Reports
According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE has probably stopped plans for Rollins and Riddle despite fans’ interest. He mentioned WWE would no longer move forward with the feud.
“So Seth and Lashley will be the program for the title and poor Riddle, the guy he was facing, I don’t know what’s gonna happen to Riddle. I guess Seth and Riddle is done.” [H/T Ringside News]
WWE booked both men in a potential feud since SummerSlam. Both men engaged in multiple backstage fights, resulting in a Fight Pit match at Extreme Rules. However, WWE has ended the feud by engaging them in different storylines.

On the recent episode of Monday Night Raw, Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley engaged in a brutal assault heading into a new storyline between the two men. Alongside, Austin Theory is also expected to join them after a failed MITB cashing on Seth Rollins.

In the main event of the 11/8 episode of WWE Raw, Seth Rollins laid an open challenge for the US Title. Answering the call, Bobby Lashley marched to the ring, but he brutally assaulted the Visionary before the match. After the brutal assault, Austin Theory tried to steal the opportunity by cashing his MITB contract.

However, Mr. MITB was unable to do so after Bobby Lashley assaulted him on the ringside, leading Seth Rollins to retain his title. The All-Mighty is already upset from his loss against Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel and soon fans will watch him against Seth Rollins. Let us see how Triple H books both men in the upcoming weeks.
