The 16-time World Champion has been making the headlines for all the wrong reasons. He has been alleged for a sexual assault on an air hostess, shown in the eighth episode of Dark Side of the Ring season 3 premiered on September 16.
The old infamous story of the Hall of Famer has suddenly started haunting him after all these years. In the episode, it is shown that one of the air hostesses accused him of spinning his p**is right in front of her. The incident reportedly took place back in 2002 when the WWE team was heading to the United States after completing a successful European tour.

All these years, this story must have been known to only the people present in the aircraft or the ones who were close to the Hall of Famer, but after the Dark Side of the Ring episode, this infamous story has got into the minds of many all around the globe. Ric Flair never released any public statement regarding this matter, but he has finally broken his silence and released a statement on his official Twitter handle.

“Every person that I’ve worked with, from my lawyer to my publicist to my friends have said not to post a response; but I’ve never run from past behaviors before and I’m not going to start now.

His drinking, his philandering, his adultery, his money problems, there’s quite a bit, but never, at least in the people that I spoke to, no one ever brought up that he would force himself on somebody.”
I allowed my personal life and the lives of my wife and children to be turned upside down for one reason: Whether it’s good or bad, even the really bad, the truth has to matter. Even in wrestling.
My issues have been well documented over my 40+ year career. The impact of drinking too much (which nearly killed me 5 years ago) has been told time and time and time again. The reason Rory (or anyone else for that matter) never heard stories of me forcing myself on ANYONE is simple: it never happened”
