Vince McMahon – The Fourth Lawsuit
It is reported that a shareholder has sued WWE regarding more information about “horrifying allegations” against McMahon. With this, he hopes to bar Vince McMahon from the board of the company.
The latest lawsuit demands internal files from WWE. The files will be required to investigate claims that state Vince McMahon “raped and sexually assaulted employees and contractors over the course of decades” and later paid approximately $15 million to keep matters undisclosed. The complaint also reads, “There are serious questions about how Vince McMahon obtained and delivered those funds to his victims”.

If the records found supports the claims brought, then Vince McMahon will be barred from serving the company ever again.
Other Lawsuits
Except for the latest one, three other lawsuits were filed against the WWE Kingpin.
- A class action lawsuit was filed by WWE shareholder Scott Fellows, which stated that Vince McMahon “has breached his fiduciary duties as a controlling stockholder.”
- A second lawsuit was brought to light by Detroit’s Police and Fire Retirement System The Lawsuit was filed in Delaware’s Court of Chancery and had a request to be recognised as a class action lawsuit. This lawsuit was supposed to slow down the sale of the largest wrestling promotion in the world (WWE).
- A third lawsuit was also launched focusing on the sexual misconduct claims. It was reported that two people, Carole Casale and Chrystal Lavalle were the ones who brought this lawsuit, but no other information on the matter was disclosed.
