The People’s Champ seems to be a down-to-earth person as he hasn’t forgotten from where he elevated himself, and that is the realm of professional wrestling. Recently the rock appeared in an interview to promote his upcoming flick Red Notice, where he talked about WWE and if he would return to the platform that gave him wings to fly high.
“I don’t take any of this for granted. I came from that world and love that world of pro wrestling and grew up in that world. I cut my teeth there and had my debut many moons ago in New York City, Madison Square Garden, Survivor Series for WWE. I always say…if you’re a wrestling fan, then you understand

If you are not a wrestling fan and you don’t understand, that’s totally cool, but the context I like to give people is, I have been lucky and blessed to have the career I’ve had, but there is no greatest connection than the one I have with the audience, and it all started there in that world. It forced me to think on my toes, live crowd, talking shit, but it also forced me to listen, really listen to the crowd.”
He further added, “I would want to go one way, and I’d say something, but I would hear the reaction and go, ‘Ah, maybe I should go this way.’ My time in WWE will always have such a special place in my heart, and that’s why I love going back whenever I’m able to.”

Roman Reigns is perhaps the hottest entity in WWE today. With his new redefined aura, Roman has looked utterly different and is ruling the island of relevancy. The Rock’s return is still misery, but rumors around his return state that he might face his cousin if or whenever he returns to the company.
Previously it was rumored that The Rock would arrive at the Survivor Series PPV on November 21 to plant seeds for an ultimate showdown with Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 38. However, with the Hollywood star’s busy schedule, this plan seems to be nixed, and now there are rumors that the two cousins might lock horns at Wrestlemania 39 (The year 2023) in Hollywood.
