WWE News: Gunther Hints at a Possible Storyline with Roman Reigns: Check Out
Gunther is one of the top WWE talents from NXT UK where he was the NXT UK Champion with a successful run of 870 days defeating several opponents during his reign. After being drafted to Friday Night SmackDown, Gunther unleashed his dominance on the main roster.
Recently, the Intercontinental Champion appeared in an interview with WittyWhittier, where Gunther spoke about his early days of wrestling in his home country and how he made progress to the biggest stage of professional wrestling. During the conversation, he was asked if he would like a potential storyline with any WWE superstar to which he answered the name of The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns.
“I don’t have a list for that, but let’s say it’s Roman Reigns. Yes,” said Gunther.
In June, Gunther successfully won his first title on the main roster by defeating Ricochet. Since then, he has evaluated himself to be the dominant Intercontinental Champion on the roster. It would be a wonderful opportunity for fans to watch Gunther and Roman Reigns in a possible storyline.

Roman Reigns unified the titles to become the Undisputed Universal Champion at WrestleMania 38. Since then, Reigns defended his title twice and will defend it for the third time at Clash at the Castle against Drew McIntyre. WWE fans are excited about this match as McIntyre is once again back in the title picture.
Although Reigns and McIntyre face each other several times, this time, both men will go head to head in a title match. The Scottish Warrior has already made a bold statement to dethrone Roman Reigns and become the new Undisputed Universal Title.
