Why does WWE Star Dave Bautista doesn’t consider himself to be a romantic Hero?
During the premiere of his latest movie, knock at the cabin, Dave Bautista, the former WWE Star had a talk with ‘Page Six’. He expressed his interest in a romantic comedy (rom-com) movie. Though he expressed his interest in the above-mentioned genre of film, he mentioned that he is different from the average romantic movie heroes. He even thinks that he is too “unattractive” to be a romantic hero.
The wrestler-turned-actor is famous for his action-based roles. Considering that probably, while talking he added ” I’m a little rough around the edges.”
Mentioning his thoughts the former WWE Star went on to say ” But I always, you know, I look in the mirror and I ask myself, Am I that Unattractive?”
However, the good news is that Dave Bautista mentioned in the end, that whatever it is, he will still keep looking for roles in romantic movies.
Career in WWE
Dave Bautista who is now an actor was earlier a professional wrestler. He began his wrestling career in 1999 and signed with WWE ( then known as WWF) IN 2000. He ruled the world of wrestling from 2002 to 2010, where he won the World Heavyweight Championship four times and the WWE Championship twice. He is also the winner of the 2005 Royal Rumble and 2014 Royal Rumble Match. In total the former WWE Star won eleven championships in his entire wrestling career. Bautista’s last match was in April 2019, against Triple H in WrestleMania 35 following the match he retired from wrestling.
Bautista opted for a career in acting in 2006 and since then is ruling that industry too.
