According to Mike Johnson of PW Insider Elite Strowman, who returned to the company on the September 5 edition of RAW, is not very serious when it comes to work ethics. In the latest report, Mike Johnson noted that the monster has a habit of not showing up on time and also leaves early sometimes.
“One of the things I heard from multiple people (and we’re talking 4 different people) was that there are times where Strowman is negligent when it comes to showing up on time. He has a reputation at times for leaving a little early and sometimes makes mistakes in terms of etiquette in the backstage scene and the locker room and is sometimes as one person put it, ‘his own worst enemy’ and ‘his worst advocate'”.

He further went on to mention that though WWE would be happy with the work he has done so far, they could take a step back if Braun makes some kind of misstep.
“They will be high on him and just when he gets to the point where you would think the next step would be putting him into the centerpiece position for the company something happens and he makes some kind of misstep backstage and people within management kind of cool on him and they take a step back”. WWE News: Braun Strowman defeated Omos at WWE Crown Jewel
Strowman faced the biggest challenge of his career so far as he locked horns with the Nigerian giant Omos at WWE Crown Jewel on November 5th.
In the battle between the monster and the giant, the latter was on top most of the time. The sight was unusual to the viewers as they had seldom seen Strowman getting manhandled in the middle of the ring. But in the end, determination prevailed as Stowmn dodged an attack from the giant and delivered a running power slam for the win.
