According to PWInsider, the company is planning to switch Lacey Evans to Monday Night Raw and turn her heel. It comes as a bit of a surprise as her recent vignettes were used to promote her as a face.

However, the beauty of the vignettes is, that they could be used either way. The main story of those vignettes was Evans having a troubled childhood. People in life have different ways of reacting to the same thing. Hence Evans could use this same story to become a revengeful heel instead of a motivated babyface.

Currently, WWE Website is showing Lacey Evans as a SmackDown superstar, but that won’t take much time to change. The story of Evans has been good but not many fans have gotten attached to it.

A heel character is something that comes easy to Lacey Evans. She has played the bad guy ever since her main roster debut. Back then, she was known as the Sassy Southern Bell.
Evans is returning to the WWE after 15 months. Prior to that, she was in a storyline with Charlotte Flair where she was having an affair with Ric Flair. The storyline was getting a lot of attention until Evans had to take a break due to her pregnancy.
Lacey Evans turning heel on raw means one thing and one thing only. She will go straight after the Raw Women’s Championship. The reason for the prediction is, that all the top Raw superstars are in a rivalry with each be it Lynch and Asuka or Morgan and Ripely. This leaves only two options, Lacey Evans and Alexa Bliss. If WWE is putting in the work to transfer Evans to Raw, this could be a sign of her going into the title picture.
