WWE Money in the Bank 2022: Omos Qualifies for MITB ladder match decimating former tag team champion
Riddle and Omos competed in the singles match to claim their spot for the MITB ladder match. The match started with some offensive hits from Riddle. However, it didn’t stop the Nigerian Giant. Although Riddle did his best to drop Omos to his knees, Omos stood tall defending himself.
Later on, Omos caught Riddle tossing him in the ring. Being injured from last week’s spear from Roman Reigns, Riddle was not at his best to face the Nigerian Giant. This made Riddle’s momentum slower, costing him his MITB spot. Eventually, the Colossal defeated Riddle with a powerbomb to earn his spot at the MITB ladder match.

Later that match, Seth Rollins showed up in the ring attacking Riddle who was helpless after a huge loss. Initially, the Visianory humiliated Riddle for losing 2 consecutive matches and mentioned losing his friend Randy Orton, eventually calling him a loser. However, Riddle didn’t stand much more and tried to attack Seth Rollins, which ended with a stomp on Riddle.
WWE Money in the Bank 2022: WWE fills 4 spots for men’s Money in the Bank ladder match
Last week, Seth Rollins defeated AJ Styles to qualify as the first person for the MITB ladder match. On the other hand, Sheamus and Drew McIntyre earned their respective spots for the MITB ladder match after a double disqualification. WWE Official Adam Pearce announced both men were eligible for the MITB ladder match.
In addition, the recent MITB qualifying match between Omos and Riddle added one more superstar to the match featuring Omos after a massive victory over the former Raw tag team champion Riddle. Until now, four WWE superstars qualified for the MITB ladder match leaving 3 more spots vacant. In this coming week, One more superstar will fill his spot for the Money in the Bank ladder match on SmackDown.
