Universal Championship: Edge vs. Roman Reigns (c)- The colossal bout between the Head of the Table and the Ultimate Opportunist is what everyone has been waiting for all-night.

The start of the match was delayed due to a technical glitch. But as the match started, it was Roman Reigns who looked in control. He took Edge on the corner and hit him with multiple clotheslines.

Edge, however, gained momentum and attacked the right arm and shoulder of the champion. Roman tried to escape from the match, but Paul Heyman reminded Roman about the bloodline which charged the champ. Roman turned up on Edge with dominance and continued with fierce offense and strikes.

Roman took Edge outside the ring and bounced his face on the steps and pounded him. The action was then shifted inside the ring and Roman drove Edge shoulder first on the post. from one post to the other, Edge was being victimized by Roman.

Roman then hit a suplex and went for a cover, but Edge kicked out at 2. Roman then went for a chin lock on Edge that almost took him out. However, despite Edge being on the receiving end, the crowd was all behind the Rated-R Superstar. Edge somehow got out of the lock, but Roman Reigns put him through a drive-by.

Roman tried to go for a Superman punch but Edge countered with a backslide 2-count. The two men then exchanged blows and suddenly Edge was in the Driver’s seat. Roman was caught into the top turnbuckle and Edge hit him with multiple legs strikes. Edge was in full control now and he went for a crippler cross face which Roman barely broke by holding the bottom rope.

Both men were outside the ring now and Roman Reigns went for a spear but Edge escaped and Roman was through to the barricade. The referee was counting 10 but Edge stopped him and hit him with a spear of his own outside.

He then carried Roman on his shoulders to the ring and went for a pin, but Roman barely broke it on 2-counts. Roman then hit a Superman punch that took down both Edge and the referee. Roman tried taking advantage by going for the chair rod crippler cross face, but Edge countered and got the better of the opportunity by going for the cross-face.

As he was about to summon Roman, Seth Rollins came in and hit Edge with a superkick on the back of the head. Rollins again entered the fray and distracted Edge to help Roman spear him and pick up a victory. After the match got over, Rollins entered the scene again and assaulted Edge, but both Edge and Seth Rollins were over each other and get into the audience.

Ricochet dived on Rollins, while Riddle hit a running kick from the apron to Morrison. After a while, everyone was outside the ring as Big E and Drew McIntyre cleared everyone for an ultimate face-off.

The face-off saw McIntyre hitting a Belly to Belly, while Big E came up with a running spear on the apron to take McIntyre outside the ring. We also saw a temporary alliance between Morrison and Rollins. The two with the help of a ladder were clearing everyone who was entering the ring. Morrison and Rollins were working really well together and placed the biggest ladder available between the apron and announce table.

They worked together and suplexed Kevin Owens spine first on the edge of the ladder. Their alliance was proving to be too good, but finally, it was Drew McIntyre who took care of both of them but only for a while. The Scottish warrior was down with elbow strikes on the back and he went onto the ladder. Morrison hit an elbow from the top of the turnbuckle straight in the chest of McIntyre.

The alliance between Morrison and Seth Rollins finally came to an end when Rollins hit Morrison with the ladder. At one stage, Drew McIntyre was looking in total control as he was hitting claymore kicks, future shock DDT on almost everyone. He almost climbed the top of the ladder but then Veer & Shanky came into the picture and pulled him down. Meanwhile, in the ring, Riddle, Seth Rollins, and Kevin Owens were counting on their opportunity. At one stage, Owens was almost there at the top of the ladder, but Rollins pulled him down and powerbombed Owens on the ladder placed between the apron and announce table.

After planting Owens through to the ladder, he was up there near the briefcase but Big E climbed up right behind him and hit Rollins with a Big E from the top of the ladder. He then climbed up and grabbed the briefcase to become Mr. Money in the Bank for the first time.

Raw Women’s Championship: Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley (c)- The riveting contest started with both competitors staring at each other. A classic wrestling block was the way to go. Both ladies exchanged slaps and the crowd was chanting “We want Becky” which pissed Flair and she pointed the Middle Finger to the crowd.

The action continued and Charlotte went for a big boot but Rhea blocked it. Rhea sent flair outside the ring and went for a dive from the apron but Charlotte escaped from there and gained momentum. The two ladies were inside the ring and Charlotte was in control by attacking Rhea with will.

Rhea, however, got back into the thick of things by blocking Charlotte’s jump on the back of her knee and a headbutt rocked Charlotte. Rhea then went for a dropkick and German suplex to break Charlotte into half. Rhea went on the top of the turnbuckle and went for a dropkick, but the Queen evaded and turn it into a Boston Crab.

Charlotte then showed her pumped-up emotional side. Rhea was chopping her chest but Charlotte wasn’t feeling the pain. She then went for an intimidating dive from the top turnbuckle to the outside to take down Rhea.

At one stage, Charlotte Falir went for a Natural Selection from the top turnbuckle and placed it perfectly. She then went for a pin but Rhea kicked out at two. This frustrated Charlotte to the fullest. Charlotte however didnt’ gave up. She put Rhea’s left knee between the Ring post and Steel stairs and kicked the stairs to leave Rhea in pain.
