WWE Hell in a Cell 2022: Theory to Defend his United States Title at Hell in a Cell
On the recent episode of Monday Night Raw, Mustafa Ali fought Ciampa in a contender’s match for the United States Title shot. The former NXT Champion dominated the match, decimating Ali until Ali made a comeback. Ali’s comeback hit hard for Theory, who later knocked Ali on the top rope during the match, leading to a disqualification win for Ali.

Further, the United States Champion assaulted Mustafa Ali at the ringside and smashed him into the ring post. Eventually, Theory gave Ali his title shot at the same time, and they started the match immediately. Ali was in vigorous pain, however, he stood back to fight. The match ended up in a couple of minutes with Theory’s victory retaining his United States Title.
In the meantime, WWE Official Adam Pearce arrived when Theory was celebrating his victory. Adam Pearce mentioned Vince McMahon’s words and announced a United States Title rematch at Hell in a Cell in a fair match against Mustafa Ali.

WWE Hell in a Cell 2022: Will Mustafa Ali win the United States Title?
Mustafa Ali is one of the top high flyer competitors on the main roster. During his reign in the cruiserweight division, he put up many exciting matches. At WrestleMania 34, Ali competed in a hilarious match against Cedric Alexander, putting up great high-flying moves which stunned even the 16-time World Champion, John Cena.
The high-flyer tried his best in the cruiserweight division, which later landed him on the main roster push. Eventually, Ali debuted on the SmackDown brand and earned some opportunities to showcase his skillset. However, WWE didn’t push him much after the downfall of his Retribution faction.
