WWE Extreme Rules – Sasha Banks Returns: Former Smackdown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks returned tonight on the WWE Extreme Rules PPV. The Boss made a surprise return tonight and was interrupted in the Smackdown Women’s Championship bout between Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch to get it disqualified.

WWE Extreme Rules – Sasha Banks Returns: Sasha Banks returned and attacked both Bayley & Bianca
It was an unexpected return from Sasha Banks, who showed up after the August 6 episode of Friday Night Smackdown. Banks have been out of action for more than a month, and her return was something no one saw coming.
Sasha Banks Returns: Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair were right on the money for delivering one of the best matches of the night. In the closing moments of the bout, Bianca hoisted Becky on her shoulders to deliver her finisher maneuver Kiss of Death, but just when she was about slam her on the mat, Sasha Banks arrived and attacked Bianca in ambush.
This made the referee call the bell, and the bout got disqualified. However, Sasha didn’t stop the onslaught and keep attacking Bianca Belair. She then turned the focus on the Smackdown Women’s Champion, who thought that Sasha came out to save her. But Sasha didn’t spare Becky and dropped her with a backstabber before making her way to the stage.

WWE Extreme Rules: Will we see Sasha Banks return to Smackdown this week?
With her emphatic return tonight, Sasha Banks made it clear that she wants a shot at the Smackdown Women’s Title. Therefore, expect her to feature on the October 1 episode of Friday Night Smackdown live from Nashville. This edition of Smackdown would also mark the first night of WWE Draft, and it would be interesting to see what Sasha Banks would come up with next.
