WWE Elimination Chamber: Bobby Lashley’s injury Update- He was then attended by WWE medical staff and had to be taken backstage. Now, the latest news on Lashley’s injury is that he has entered the concussion protocol and has reached the United States under medical supervision to undergo additional evaluation. WWE Elimination Chamber: Bobby Lashley’s injury angle is part of a storyline
Whatever transpired with Bobby Lashley last night at Elimination Chamber was part of a storyline. It was also a potent way to protect him and not get pinned to lose his title.

However, Bobby is suffering from a legitimate injury wherein he got his shoulder injured during the match against Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble. He may need a surgery for the same, and this was perhaps the best way to write him off from WWE TV for a while.

WWE Elimination Chamber: Will Bobby Lashley miss Wrestlemania 38?
Bobby may need surgery on his already injured shoulder, and therefore, he may have to miss the Showcase of Immortals, i.e., Wrestlemania 38, and maybe out of action for at least 4 months. Former WWE writer Kazeem Famuyide revealed on The Ringer Wrestling Show that Lashley might miss Wrestlemania 38.
“I have under good authority that Lashley is shoot hurt and has been hurt since the Rumble match. If you’ve noticed, he hasn’t worked any Raw’s. He hasn’t really defended his title. He was shot hurt at the Lesnar match at the Rumble. From what I’m told, it’s for at least 4 months. Shoulder surgery. I’m hearing that he might not even make it to Mania.”
