WWE Backlash will occur tonight (Saturday, May 6, 2023) at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot in San Juan, Puerto Rico, beginning at 8:00 pm ET. WWE Backlash 2023 Preview
Since New Year’s Revolution in 2005, this is the first significant WWE event in Puerto Rico. There are presently seven matches slated for this evening’s broadcast, including a San Juan Street Fight between Damian Priest of The Judgement Day and Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny, who will host this evening’s high-profile live event. After recording artist Bunny attacked Dominik Mysterio at ringside on the “WWE Raw” following WrestleMania 39, which immediately sparked a feud between the two, Damien Priest, who successfully teamed up with the three-time Grammy Award winner against The Miz and John Morrison on the first night of WrestleMania 37, punched Bunny through the announce table.
The other six matches include Cody Rhodes vs Brock Lesnar, Rhea Ripley vs Zelina Vega, Seth Rollins vs Omos, and more.
