WATCH ICC releases World Cup Anthem ‘Dil Jashn Bole’ starring Ranveer Singh

Apart from Ranveer Singh, a famous musician and several social media influencers also appear in the official World Cup anthem.

The ICC has released the ODI World Cup 2023 official anthem 'Dil Jashn Bole' starring Ranveer Singh just two weeks before the event. 

The ICC has released the official anthem for the upcoming ODI World Cup 2023 in India. The anthem titled ‘Dil Jashn Bole’ sees Ranveer Singh in action in the 3-minute video released on social media platforms by the ICC.

The anthem that invites fans to get on ‘Board the One Day Xpress’, has come just a couple of weeks before the ODI World Cup kicks off on October 5.

Apart from Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and musician Pritam, several other social media influencers like Be YouNick, Flying Beast, sc0ut, Viraj Ghelani, and Dhanashree Verma (Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife) can also be seen in the video.

Sport’s host, broadcaster, and cricket commentator, Jatin Sapru, who is known for his association with Star Sports, can also be seen in the anthem.

Ranveer & Pritam on the World Cup Anthem

At the World Cup 2023 anthem launch, Ranveer Singh expressed his gratitude for having the privilege of delivering the song to the cricket world.

“Being part of this anthem launch for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 is truly an honour.

“It’s a celebration of the sport we all love.”

Pritam, shared the sentiments of his colleague, highlighting the urge to bring fans across the world a piece of India and its cricket through song.

“Cricket is India’s greatest passion and composing ‘Dil Jashn Bole’ for the biggest World Cup ever, has been a tremendous honour for me.

“This song is not just for 1.4 billion Indian fans but for the whole world to come to India and be a part of the biggest celebration ever.”
