1. Michael Chandler vs Sidney Outlaw
In 2019, Chandler faced Sidney Outlaw in a catchweight bout. This bout lasted for only 3 minutes as the former Bellator MMA Champion landed a vicious right hand. Both fighters started the match with close-range combat, however, at the 2:59 mark of round 1, Iron Chandler landed a right punch on Sidney Outlaw’s jaw to knock him cold. This was one of the notable KO moments for Chandler. This was also a comeback statement from him as prior to this match he lost the Bellator MMA Lightweight title to Patrício Pitbull.
2. Michael Chandler vs Patricky Pitbull
At Bellator 157, Chandler faced Pitbull in a lightweight bout. Both men fought for the vacant Bellator Lightweight World Championship in a five-round match. Surprisingly, the match ended up in a first KO as Chandler knocked to become the new champion. As soon as the match started, Chandler went with his aggressive fighting style to jumo on his opponent. Although Pitbull dodged the initial punches, the took a right hand punch on his jaw which knocked him cold. This another great right hand knockout from Michael Chandler that shocked many.
3. Michael Chandler vs David Rickels
Michael Chandler faced David Rickels at Bellator 97. This was his third title defense as the Bellator Lightweight World Champion. He was on his 2 championship fight win streak when he locked horns with David Rickels. Indeed, this bout lasted for only 1 round as Iron Chander knocked Rickels in a jsut 44 seconds via KO. Rickels failed to withstand against Chandler, as the champion went on to with right-left combos. Eventually, another right hand landed on Rickels ending the bout in the first round.
