The question of who will prevail between the two is in fact difficult to answer. Boxing and UFC are completely different combat sports, and even Tyson in his peak would need to engage in a significant amount of cross-training to succeed. But, being great superstars from other eras and disciplines, watching the two of them engage in combat is truly a mouthwatering treat for sports fans.
But nonetheless, we are fortunate to witness them battling openly. For those who are unaware, Jones encountered Tyson in the above video while preparing to defend his UFC championship against Daniel Cormier in 2014. Jones then jokingly exchanged blows with the former heavyweight world champion on the streets of America.
In the video we can see, Jones and Tyson engaged in some camera-friendly fun, where the former UFC champion got slapped by the legendary boxer in good fun. Before the two hugged, Tyson, an avid MMA enthusiast, displayed his agility by dodging Jones’ attack.
