VALORANT will soon get its Agent 19: Here are all the details that we currently know. There has been a lot of hype regarding the new VALORANT Agent 19. A teaser video was released on the VALORANT Hub YouTube channel where the developers dropped various hints regarding the upcoming agent. By analyzing these hints, many have realized that the new VALORANT Agent will be from Southeast Asia, most probably from the Philippines. Here is a list of things that we have incurred from the teaser and other sources.
VALORANT Agent 19: Backstory and release date
- The new Agent’s data-mined codename in the game is ‘Sprinter’.
- She has a military background and is from Manila, Philippines. She is also affiliated with K-SEC, the Kingdom Corporation’s humanitarian branch.
- She is a Radiant agent who receives mentoring from Sage and needs to be played with a swift, aggressive playstyle.
- Her abilities will comprise electricity (as hinted in the Teaser).
- The release date of VALORANT’s new Agent 19 will be after Episode 3 Act 3 in the early months of 2022.

VALORANT Agent 19: Origin
By inspecting the Teaser video released on the VALORANT Hub channel, it can be confirmed that Agent 19 is from the Philippines. Although we do not see her, she speaks in a muffled Tagalog voice that is prevalent in Manila, Philippines. Another clue that establishes her Filipino origin is the Night Market in VALORANT. For the upcoming Christmas holidays, the Night Market’s background has parols used for decoration. These items are mostly used for decoration in the Philippines during Christmas.
Although we do not know the name of Agent 19 yet, data miners have picked up a codename ‘Sprinter’ within Valorant. There have also been other hints provided, like:
- Chamber’s voice line to Sage in which he talks about her mentoring a new agent with a ‘prickly’ personality.
- Chamber’s voice line to Killjoy in which he tells her that Agent 19 can be the power source of her Alpha-Omega Bridge.
- Chamber’s voice line to Jett in which he exclaims about a person who can compete against her.

VALORANT Agent 19: Abilities
The new Agent 19 will mostly have electrical abilities. This can be analyzed by calculating the new Teaser video on VALORANT Hub. She will be the 8th Radiant Agent to join the VALORANT game. Radiants are a gifted group of people who possess hypernatural abilities.
With all this foreshadowing, everyone is eagerly waiting for the first Southeast Asian agent in VALORANT.
