Burns, who is also known by the nickname ‘Durinho’, recently fought Belal Muhammad in a co-main event at UFC 288. However, the fight didn’t go well for Burns, as he was largely outmatched by Muhammad throughout the five rounds.

Mackenzie Dern and Angela Hill will now take center stage as the headliners for UFC Vegas 73 on May 20th in a five-round strawweight battle. The news of the change in schedule was confirmed by multiple sources in the MMA community on Monday.
Originally, the two fighters were slated to face off in a three-round bout at UFC on ABC 4 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

However, with Irene Aldana pulling out of a fight with Raquel Pennington, the UFC needed a new marquee attraction for the May 20th card.
Aldana will instead face Amanda Nunes for the bantamweight championship in Vancouver, Canada on June 10th, while Dern and Hill will now have the opportunity to showcase their skills in a longer, five-round battle.
