Conor McGregor’s physical metamorphosis, which has recently been the subject of much discussion, was addressed by Daniel Cormier. The former UFC two-division champion asserts that McGregor isn’t as large as he seems.
During a recent episode of ESPN MMA’s DC & RC, Cormier gave his opinion on the most recent claims that Conor McGregor will need to undergo six months of required testing by the USADA before he returns to competition.
“McGregor must undergo tests, but allow me to add one more thing. Though he appears large, RC is quite short. He appears huge because he is so short. He’s not that large, man.”
UFC News round up: Paddy Pimbllet offers $1 million to spar Jake Paul
On Tuesday, Jake Paul made Paddy Pimblett an offer of $1 million if he could defeat him in a fight. The request was created in response to Pimblett’s claim that the former amateur boxer turned professional had fixed his contests.
In a video shared on Twitter, Paul said, “I have a proposition for you. Since you wouldn’t set up a fight, are you sure? Let’s fight. to Puerto Rico by air. Get a private jet from me. We can box for five rounds of three minutes each. You deserve to be paid a million dollars, Paddy, and if you win, I’ll give it to you; the UFC isn’t giving you that.”
In response to Paul’s challenge, Pimblett made a counteroffer. Pimblett will compete against Jared Gordon on December 10 at T-Mobile Arena in the co-main event of UFC 282. Instead, Paul was instructed to meet him in Las Vegas. Argentine boxer Santiago Ponzinibbio defended the soccer superstar Lionel Messi when boxing star Canelo Alvarez attacked him on social media. After watching a video of Messi and the team celebrating their triumph in the locker room, Alvarez became upset that the Mexico jersey was on the floor. Messi, who scored the game’s first goal, was described as “washing the floor with our flag” by a boxer in a tweet.
