As the much-anticipated UFC Fight Night 223 took place today, all eyes were on Song as he aimed to recover from his previous loss to Cory Sandhagen by taking on Simon. Whereas, Simon enters the bout with a victorious momentum and was determined to extend his winning streak. But sadly for him it didn’t happened.

Although Simon made a strong start in the first round, Song didn’t give any round to his opponent after that.
And, the moment of the night came in the final round, as Song kept the pressure high and landed a perfect left counter to drop Simon. Song then swarmed and emptied his tank, forcing the referee to intervene and stop the match for a TKO victory.
