Dariush then recalled how he was once supposed to fight Oliveira but he backed out because of some family problem but then took a fight with Tony Ferguson just weeks after that.
Beneil Dariush is currently on a 7 fight win streak, third highest in the Lightweight Division after Charles and Islam, he considers himself worthy of the next title shot instead of the cash cow Conor McGregor.

Conor McGregor fires back at Beneil Dariush: Conor being Conor did not take that on a good note at all and fired back at Beneil Dariush for ruining the reputation for what could be his potential returning fight.
He tweeted that “Beneil Dariush is the biggest nobody in the Company” taking a shot at Dariush’s credibility and fame among the fans.
Beneil does deserve the title shot but Conor being the biggest Marquee face of the company might just break the line for everyone else.
