UFC 294 Makhachev vs Oliveira 2: UFC News: On October 21, UFC 294 is slated to take place in Abu Dhabi, and three enormous fights have just been revealed! At the expense of another pay-per-view event, UFC 294 is starting to take shape. The return of the UFC to Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Arena will include three shows, including Paulo Costa vs. Khamzat Chimaev and Islam Makhachev vs. Charles Oliveira 2.

On October 21, Makhachev and Oliveira will square off for the second time in the same arena where Makhachev won the lightweight belt by defeating Oliveira a year earlier. Before reconnecting for the sequel, Makhachev and Oliveira momentarily went their separate ways. In February, Makhachev defeated UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski to successfully defend his championship. Oliveira, meanwhile, made a comeback by startling Beneil Dariush in June.

Costa and Ikram Aliskerov’s fight at UFC 291 on July 29 was cancelled in favour of Costa vs. Chimaev. Additionally, Aliskerov will now compete at UFC 294 against Nassourdine Imavov, a less seasoned middleweight competitor.
