Diamond’s ‘Cryptic Tweet’ confirms Dustin Poirier vs Michael Chandler: Diamond has sort of confirmed his rumored match-up with Michael Chandler for the upcoming pay per view.

According to rumors and Ariel Helwani’s report, UFC is planning to set up their clash for the Nov 12 MSG PPV.

However, the rumors also said that Poirier’s team has demanded a five-round match instead of the three one.

Which he confirmed with his recent tweet saying “5 rounds”

The non-title fights that are not part of the Main or Co-main event are scheduled for 3 rounds.

Nate Diaz vs Leon Edwards is the only non-title fight in history to be scheduled for 5 rounds in spite of not being a part of the Main or Co-main event.

Although a fight of this caliber, which holds bad blood too can be given an opportunity to go at each other for five straight rounds.

UFC has still not uttered a single word on the UFC 281 PPV but the speculations are making the fans go crazy.

Dustin Poirier vs Michael Chandler holds genuine bad blood between them and it erupted during the UFC 276 when both fighters almost got into a physical altercation.
