The strict guideline policy of the streaming platforms has made it possible to restrict several sensitive objects. Several streamers have been banned for violating the community guidelines on a repeated basis. The strict actions imposed are only to make the platforms user-friendly. However, at times these community guidelines become hard to understand as has been in the case of Hasan Piker.
Twitch: What exactly happened with Hasan Piker and TikTok Community Guidelines?
The recent debacle involving Twitch streamer Hasan Piker and TikTok started off a week ago. Apparently, the streamer was notified by TikTok about the presence of comment safety tools that will assist him in filtering unwanted comments.

Shortly after that, he was notified that the video posted on August 2nd, has been muted for violating the TikTok community guidelines. It also asked him to follow the rules and regulations to make the platform a better place. However, since the content was not harmful to the viewers, Hasan Piker decided to ask for a review.
TikTok reviewed the post in question and it turns out that it was flagged unnecessarily. As a result, TikTok apologized for any kind of inconvenience that it may have caused.
Until now, everything looked fine with the content back up without any restrictions. However, recently Hasan Piker received another notification from TikTok. This particular notification informed him that due to repeated violations of the Community Guidelines, he has been banned from the platform. Hasan Piker won’t able to post until the restriction gets over on August 20.
This has left him wondering about TikTok’s policies and he left an infuriating public post on the social media site. Whether TikTok will look into the matter and revoke the decision remains to be seen.
