Many foreign players will be hoping to score a lucrative deal at the IPL 2024 auction after some strong showings in the ODI World Cup. There’ll be a small auction. For the IPL 2024 auction, each team’s purse has been substantially boosted, going from INR 95 crore from the previous auction to INR 100 crore. Dunith Wellalage impressed everyone during the Asia Cup. The left-arm spinner has a knack of picking up crucial wickets and in the Indian conditions he will get assistance and hence he could be a great addition for franchises. The Lankan cricketer could land himself a real good deal.
