With a little more than six weeks to go for the FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers Odisha, International Hockey Federation and Hockey India have announced the sale of online tickets for the tournament. The FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers Odisha will be played by both the Indian men’s and women’s hockey teams at the iconic Kalinga Hockey Stadium in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

The two-day event, scheduled for November 1 and 2, is the last stage of qualification for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. The Indian men’s hockey team, which is placed No. 5 in the FIH Rankings, will be facing World No. 22 Russia in their FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers Odisha over the two matches. Meanwhile, World No. 9 Indian women’s hockey team will face off against World No. 13 USA in their respective two matches. The winners from the FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers Odisha will be determined on the basis of aggregate score from the two matches, and will progress to the Tokyo Olympics 2020.
The matches during the FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers Odisha will take place on both days, with the Indian Women’s Hockey Team playing USA at 6 p.m. local time, followed by the men’s game against the Russians scheduled for 8:00 pm at the Kalinga Hockey Stadium in Bhubaneswar.

The tickets for the FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers Odisha are priced at ₹200 for South and North Stands, and ₹300 for East Stand, for each of the two match days scheduled for November 1 and 2.
