Federer has been closely associated with the academy, being the guest of honor during its inauguration in October 2016.
This visit occurred shortly after Nadal revealed his ambassadorial role with the Saudi Tennis Federation, aligning with the Vision 2030 initiative to foster tennis development in Saudi Arabia.
