WTC Final 2023: The much-awaited World Test Championship final between India and Australia is just days away, and the excitement is reaching its peak. The iconic Oval in London is set to host this thrilling final on June 7. Amid the rigorous preparations, a few members of Team India decided to take a break. Virat Kohli along with his wife Anushka Sharma, and opener Shubman Gill were seen sitting together at Wembley Stadium for the FA Cup final between Manchester City and Manchester United. India’s T20 star Suryakumar Yadav also attended the summit clash with his wife.
As brand ambassadors for Puma, Virat Kohli, and Anushka Sharma were invited by the renowned sports brand to watch the final. Both Virat and Anushka donned stylish jackets – Virat in brown and Anushka in Puma black – while Shubman Gill was seen wearing a brown hoodie as the trio took their seats in the VIP box at the event.
Former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh was also present on the occasion, as he was a part of the pre-match show by the broadcasters.
Manchester City wins FA Cup Final
Manchester City took a step closer to achieving their treble dream after securing a 2-1 victory over Manchester United in the FA Cup Final on Saturday. City made an explosive start by taking the lead within 13 seconds of the game courtesy of Ilkay Gundogan who took a sensational long-range strike from outside the box. However, United managed to equalize in the 33rd minute when Bruno Fernandes successfully converted a penalty. The match remained level at 1-1 until the 51st minute when Gundogan completed his brace, once again putting City in the lead. From that point on, City dominated the game and secured their victory.
