“I would still persist with Umran Malik, he is got great potential and you just need to back him. More importantly, need to explain to him at what time he needs to bowl and what rhythm to bowl. In every game he has introduced the fastest delivery and he has got his eyes on that delivery. But I think if there is any delivery or an award for bowling a slower one then we shall see a variation from Umran,” Wasim Jaffer told on an ESPNCricinfo show.
Once Kartik Tyagi is ready to go, he should replace Umran Malik in the playing XI.

On Umran’s pace – Umran needs to vary his pace a little bit, that’s all I fell. I think he bowls at a great pace but sometimes he varies from his length and it becomes easy for the batter and I think he is got the potential. On his good day, he will get you 20/4 or something like that, and will still persist him for another game or two.
Why don’t SRH use Kartik Tyagi in-place of umran Malik. Umran is young retained and having raw pace but he is going expensive. batsmen is using the pace. Kartik Tyagi is like to like replacement for him. He has pace and proved in ipl last year and death bowler#CSKvsSRH

Umran shouldn’t bowl in death overs – “I think you can use him in the start, one over in the Powerplay and see how he goes and then two in the middle and something like that, but definitely not in the death overs. But with someone with that pace and field spread out, I think it’s a best chance that Umran will have wickets and control if he bowls in the middle overs and probably one or maximum two overs in the Powerplays.”
