Two-time Grand Slam runner up Stefanos Tsitsipas received a bye into the Miami Open third round after Richard Gasquet withdrew with an ankle injury. Greek number two seed Tsitsipas, will now face the winner of Sebastien Baez and Cristian Garin’s second round tie.
Tsitsipas was runner up at this year’s Australian Open and 2021’s French Open but lost his opening round match at Indian Wells earlier this month.

Felix Auger Aliassime brushed past Brazilian Thiago Monteiro in straight sets by playing two tie-breakers and clinching the victory. The final score oread 7/6 (7-5) and 7/6 (10-8) as the match was played for a duration of 2 hours and 43 minutes.
The Canadian will next face the Argentine Francisco Cerundolo, who was last year’s semifinalist. He beat the lucky-loser of the house Aleksandar Kovacevic with double 6/4.

Roberto Carballes Baena. Medvedev enjoyed a dream run before his loss in the Indian Wells Masters final. He won 19 straight matches before losing against Alcaraz. He now aims to restart another big win streak.
Baena made it to the second round after receiving a walkover from Zapata Miralles in the first round. The Spaniard. is yet to go past the second round in any tournament so far this year.

Coco Gauff vs Anastasia Potapova
Anastasia Potapova rallied for a come-from-behind win against Coco Gauff on Saturday at the Miami Open. No.27 seed Potapova, who let a 5-2 lead slip away in the opening set, was one game from defeat trailing 7-6(8), 5-3 — but won 10 of the next 12 games to claim a 6-7(8), 7-5, 6-2 win over the sixth-seeded American in 2 hours and 32 minutes.
The win is Potapova’s third career Top 10 win, and first since she beat then-No.2 Anett Kontaveit last summer in Prague. It was also her first win in three tries against Gauff.
Jessica Pegula vs Danielle Collins
Americans Jessica Pegula and Danielle Collins will face each other in a blockbuster third round clash at the Miami Open. Third seed Pegula defeated Katherine Sebov in straight sets in the second round. She aims to continue her winning run against compatriot Danielle Collins.
Danielle Collins is the 30th seed. She received a bye from the first round. In the second round, she clinched a straight set win against Viktoriya Tomova.
Elena Rybakina vs Paula Badosa
Elena Rybakina clinched a three-set win against Anna Kalinskaya in the second round. She has now set up a clash against 21st seed Paula Badosa. Rybakina won the Indian Wells Masters last week and aims to continue her good show this week at Miami.
Paula Badosa meanwhile lost in the second round to Rybakina last week at Indian Wells Masters. She aims for a revenge against the Kazakhstan player in the upcoming match. The Spaniard began the tournament with a three-set win against Laura Siegemund in the second round.
