“We may well see a surprise comeback of Sebastian Vettel this year, but it won’t be as a driver. I truly believe he has decided not to drive anymore”, Kravitz said.

Retiring at the end of the 2022 season, the four-time World Champion has left a legacy that is celebrated widely by his fans. But despite leaving the sport in 2022, Kravitz has suggested that Vettel might be back sooner than anyone expected.

“And as a man of integrity, as I know he is, I don’t think he is going to disappoint everybody by going, ‘Ah, d’you know what, I wasn’t sincere in that, here we go, I am coming back as a driver’. And everybody will go, ‘Hang on, we said goodbye to you'”, Kravitz added.

Vettel is currently enjoying his retirement with his family, keeping his distance from the tracks. History remembers the legend for his consecutive four wins at the F1 championships in the early 2010s with Red Bull. Later this year, he was also spotted at the Race of Champions, with his friend and mentee, Mick Schumacher.

Guessing the choice of Vettel to work with, Kravitz has highlighted that he might be interested to work with one of the former employers. The twist of the story is that he won’t be returning as a driver for sure. So what are his plans? Apparently, according to Kravitz, Vettel could be returning as a part of the advisory role, and with more twists, it is a possibility that he might replace Helmut Marko in Red Bull.

“Possibly Audi, maybe, but I kind of think he will come back to Red Bull. I think he will replace Helmut Marko, that is more likely. As the sort of motorsport advisor.”

Talking of which, Audi is also set to race the grounds in 2026, by taking over the Sauber team, currently being branded as the Alfa Romeo.
