SCO vs REN highlights: Melbourne Renegades skipper Aaron Finch’s late assault went in vain as Scorchers confirmed their place in the semi-final of Big Bash League with 10 run victory . The Scorchers will next face Sixers at home. Opener Shaun Marsh started smashed a fine half century but once he departed Renegades struggled to find runs. Finch struggled with his timing early on. However he managed to find the middle of the bat once the asking rate increased. The Renegades threatened to pull off an unlikely win but Scorchers bowlers held off to shut down their opponents for 202/5. Renegades have a shot at play off if they managed to win their last game.
