Rajasthan Royals mum on the matter: The silence is not only limited to the corridors of BCCI. Even the franchise is mum on the matter. “We don’t want to give any comment on this,” said a top official from the Rajasthan franchise.
Despite the silence from the main party, it is evident that the episode did take place. Else, a player like Ross Taylor would not have made such a reveal. Now, the question remains, who slapped Taylor. It is important to mention that the slapgate happened in a party, which was a norm in the initial years of the league.
