- Make a significant impact on the genres they are active: From PC MOBAs, Riot Games has expanded into card gaming with Teamfight Tactics, hero strategy with Teamfight Tactics, and mobile MOBAs with Wild Rift. Riot Games wishes to make these games more enjoyable and popular so that more players are attracted.
- Build a larger and better community around the games: Riot Games wish to build a more engaging community that can enjoy the groundbreaking gameplay, game events, and other features from esports, TV, movies, music, live experiences, merchandise, and more.
- Cultivate a better work environment within the company: Riot Games wish to make their work environment easier, safer, and more rewarding for their employees.
