Rahul Sharma: Former cricketer Rahul Sharma took to Twitter to thank former India batter Gautam Gambhir for his invaluable assistance in the treatment of his unwell mother-in-law. To note, Rahul’s mother-in-law suffered was suffering from brain hemorrhage and was in critical condition.

The former Indian opener apparently provided Rahul with the best neurologist as Rahul took to his Twitter account to share the story, where he thanked Gambhir for his timely help. Sharma said that Gambhir assisted him find a good doctor and hospital for the treatment of his mother-in-law. It must be noted that the incident seemingly took place last month. The former Indian spinner also added that the surgery was successful and her wife’s mother is absolutely fine now. Rahul Sharma played for India from 2011 to 2012 and featured in four ODIs and two T20Is.
To note Rahul’s comments have come just a few days after Gambhir and former RCB skipper Virat Kohli were involved in an ugly face-off. Gambhir and Kohli had a verbal fight during a group stage encounter of IPL 2023 between LSG and RCB last week. The incident created a lot of buzz in the cricketing fraternity as the fans from the sides backed their respective Indian superstars. Meanwhile, RCB is set to take on Mumbai Indians in their next match of IPL slated to be played on May 9 (Tuesday).
