PUBG New State Known Issues: Earlier today, Krafton releases a brand new update of the PUBG New State. After updating the game, many players are facing some serious issues in the game. Krafton is continuously working to fix these issues as soon as possible. Here is detailed information on the PUBG New State Known Issues and how to fix them.
Krafton addressed the players, “Hello, Survivors! We are aware that some Survivors are currently experiencing issues after the latest update. Here is a list of known issues that we are currently working on fixes for!”
Season 1 Rewards
- An Issue where some survivors who reached Conqueror Tier during the preseason can claim all Season 1 Tier rewards.

Claiming season rewards will be temporarily disabled while we work on a fix. This will not affect your Tier progress, and you will be able to claim your Tier rewards when this issue is resolved.You may be temporarily disconnected from the game when the fix is being applied. We apologize for any inconvenience. (Updated on Jan.13)
Note- This issue is fixed now, you can obtain the rewards as per your preseason rank.

Costumes
- An issue where the Cow Print Jacket (Black) does not appear in the Inventory (Updated on Jan.13)

- An issue where Care Packages dropped at the beginning of a match that was opened emit red smoke when you are redeployed by a teammate with a Green Flare Gun (Updated on Jan.13)
