It has taken the former Barcelona manager just 204 matches to achieve this feat with a win ratio of 73.5 %. Other great managerial names such as Jose Mourinho required 230 matches to reach 150 wins, while Sir Alex Ferguson achieved his 150 wins in 247 matches and the former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger needed 258 games.
Guardiola has given a bit of thinking to do for all Football fans and Pundits by overtaking the managerial greats. Pep’s Man City record: There have been 25 draws and 29 losses along the way but with a mere 78 wins it doesn’t seem to affect the stats. 78 of the wins have come at the Etihad Stadium and 72 on the road, with the Emirates Stadium, Turf Moor, London Stadium, and Selhurst Park their favorite grounds. Manchester City have recorded 10 wins against Arsenal, Burnley, and West Ham.
